1. Payment Terms
100% advance payment is required along with the clear commercial purchase order.
Order processing will begin only after the full payment is received and reflected in our account.
2. Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery period is 12–15 working days from the date of receiving a clear commercial order and full advance payment.
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on availability, logistics, or external factors.
3. Warranty
The product carries a 6-month warranty from the date of invoice.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
Warranty does not cover damages due to improper handling, installation errors, site conditions, misuse, or natural wear and tear.
Any repair/replacement during the warranty period will be at our discretion.
4. Transportation Charges
Transportation charges from our warehouse in Mumbai to the customer site will be extra at actuals.
If required, we can provide an exact transportation quote on request before dispatch.
Unloading at the site is under the buyer’s scope.
5. Shipping & Delivery Delays
In case of delays caused by the shipping line, transporter, logistics provider, customs, or any third-party agencies, we are not responsible for the delay.
We are not liable for any penalties, losses, or damages arising from such delays.
6. General Terms
All quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
Prices are exclusive of GST, duties, and other statutory taxes unless specifically mentioned.
Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged.
Installation, commissioning, and on-site support are not included unless specifically mentioned in the offer.
Any dispute shall be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, political disturbances, or supply chain disruptions.
Risk and ownership transfer to the buyer upon dispatch from our warehouse.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring proper storage, handling, and installation at site.
