Once an order for a used imported crane is placed and an advance payment is provided, no returns will be accepted. Due to the nature of the product and the logistical challenges involved in handling heavy equipment such as cranes, all sales are considered final upon placement of the order and receipt of the advance payment.
All costs cover transportation to Mumbai port. Additional charges for transportation from the port to your site will apply at actual rates. Feel free to consult us for logistics costing. We offer container shipment directly to your site for your convenience.

Product Description: All used imported equipment sold by MECTEC is described to the best of our knowledge and ability. Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions, specifications, and images provided on our website or through other communication channels before making a purchase.
Pricing: Prices for used imported equipment are subject to change without prior notice. The final price will be confirmed at the time of order placement. Any applicable taxes, duties, or other charges will be clearly communicated to the customer.
Payment: Payment for used imported equipment must be made in full at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as specified by MECTEC.
Shipping and Delivery: Shipping and delivery of the equipment will be arranged by MECTEC to the designated location specified by the customer. Delivery timelines may vary depending on factors such as product availability, shipping method, and destination. Any delays in delivery will be communicated to the customer promptly.
Inspection and Acceptance: Upon receipt of the equipment, the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for any damage, defects, or discrepancies. Any issues must be reported to the respective site engineer.
Warranty: Used imported equipment dose not come with any warranty, so we suggest customer to take AMC after erection and commissioning.
Returns and Refunds: Once purchased, all used equipment is considered non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability: MECTEC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the sale or use of the equipment, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra.
Amendments: MECTEC reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels.
By making a purchase of used imported equipment from MECTEC, the customer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions in their entirety.
