Excluded in offer : Public / Liability, E&C insurance and octroi charges (if applicable) to your account. Dispatch/ Erection will take place only after the receipt of the necessary Insurance papers. Any thing which is not mention is not included.
ORDER : Order to be released on the name of MECTEC VERTICAL SOLUTIONS PVT LTD. Advising Bank will be intimated at the time of PO.
Delivery : 10-12 days from the date of clear commercial order and receipt of advance.
Extcluded : Load cell
Installation charges : Additional Rs 15000 per unit for installation. To and fro for travelion and accomodation cost will be addition incase of out side mumbai location traveling require.
Warranty : 12 months from the date of E&C / 2400 Hrs., whichever is earlier
Duties & Taxes Extra :

• GST will be charged extra as applicable.

ACCEPTANCE:- Order to be executed after the receipt of the Confirmed order.
DELIVERY : The delivery period shall be reckoned from the date of your technically and commercially clear purchase order along with advance. We shall endeavor to dispatch the equipment and accessories as per the delivery schedule agreed to. But in case or due to some circumstances beyond our control and are subject to Force Major Conditions we are not liable for the same.
CANCELLATION:- Cancellation of Order / Accepted Tender will not be entertained unless mutually agreed to. In the event of such cancellation, you shall indemnify us against all expenses and liabilities incurred by us and as conveyed to you by us in our acceptance of such cancellation.
